early and has been running every since.

I was totally prepared for Dawn's visit. My niece Tiffany
made me great signs and posters to great Dawn with like the 1 you saw above. We also had a Congratulations poster hanging
on the front window as you pull in the drive way as well as a "Happy Birthday" poster with a ballon attached.

Alright, so some of these are not the best pictures of
either of us, and she'll probably KILL me for publishing them. However, anyone who has been chatting in Pets for any length
of time knows this is how we express ourselves when we are extremely happy about something. Well, I've been waiting what seems
like forever to meet her so I was "HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY :) (should be a smiley face here).

Before you can truley appreciate the picture of Dawn & Drake
below is to know how shy he normally can be. I have never in his short little life seen him take up to an adult like
he did with Dawn. He was talking to her and climbing all over her, wanting to play ball with her. He whispered into my
mothers ear "Nanny we can make her part of the family, then she can stay here in Virginia". Then he decided she was such a
great vollyball player she could stay here and play on a Virginia team and he could play on a Texas team so the 2 teams could
play together.

Most of the pictures here will be of Dawn or myself. We
were the only 2 there so there was noone to take pictures of the 2 of us together.
These first few pictures are from July 1, 2002. Our day
trip. We went to Colonial Williamsburg,Virginia. It was very hot that day and this was all outside. With the exception
of a few buildings we entered for moments at a time. Trust me we were looking for the ones with airconditioning,lol.

At the print shop we taught how all books and notepads
were printed and bound together, every book was had sewn together, I had never really given that any thought. But
it was a time consuming task. There for books were expensive and not everyone could afford them.

When we 1st got to Colonial Williamsburg we signed up for
a carriage ride. They gave us a picture of the the different carriages to choose from. Well of course I wanted the one that
was painted with the John Deere colors, lmao, Dawn is such a good sport, I love her to death. Hey at least it was one with
a cover over our head to protect us from the sun. It rode us around for a short bit in the center of the little town. This
was a lot of fun for us both.
The one thing it made me truely grateful for was the invention
of the automobile, and the automible that has airconditioning. Horse & buggy was not a fast mode of transportation.

On Tuesday July 2,2002 we went to Water Country USA. This
was a lot of fun and I got a little too much sun, heehee. What I don't understand is how Dawn didn't. We lotioned
up at the same time every time, go figure. We both agreed no camera's this day. Well look, neither one of us look like
Ms.Swimsuit Usa, ok, lol. But we rode the waves in the wave pool, and a few not so scarey water rides, and took in part
of a silly bird show. We even got matchin tee shirts to help commerate the event, heehee. Dam we shoulda got a pic in

Wednesday July 3,2002 we went to Busch Gardens and we had
a blast. We took in a lot of shows and did some shopping. We didn't ride any rides but you can't do it all in a day. We did
try though, lol !!!
